1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, deliveries, and services of Anubis Robotic Tooling B.V. (referred to as we, us, or our), unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Deviating conditions of the customer are not accepted unless confirmed by us in writing.

2. Offers and Quotations

All offers and quotations are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise. Product specifications, drawings, and technical documentation on this website are for information purposes and are subject to change without notice.

3. Prices

Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, shipping, and any applicable duties unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices for orders not yet confirmed.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and communicated per order. Exceeding a delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.

5. Retention of Title

All delivered goods remain our property until the customer has fulfilled all payment obligations arising from the agreement.

6. Warranty

We warrant that delivered products conform to the agreed specifications. Warranty claims must be reported in writing without undue delay after discovery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, improper use, or modifications made by the customer.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the delivered goods to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including production loss or lost profit, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to our products, designs, drawings, and documentation remain with Anubis Robotic Tooling B.V. or its parent company. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the customer.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All agreements with us are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district of Oost-Brabant, the Netherlands.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intent.
