iRVision Camera Covers & Mounts
Our camera covers and mounts are designed specifically to cover and protect the FANUC iRVision 2D and 3D family of camera systems. They are engineered to be fully collaborative compliant while maintaining access to key functions of the CRX robot and the iRVision system.
Using SLS 3D printing allowed us to design a lightweight cover without adding a big load on the arm. The covers install between the robot mounting flange and the tool, so installation remains simple and the low profile design avoids adding unnecessary load to the robot arm.

iRVision 3D Camera Cover with Lens Shutter
Built for dusty, high debris cells, this cover adds active protection to your FANUC iRVision 3D sensor. Two adjustable air nozzles keep the lens clear while the camera scans, and a pneumatic shutter closes over the sensor when it is idle, protecting it from collisions and debris.
